I have a chip on my shoulders. I know I should not judge before giving him a chance... but I'm not sure I'll ever get used to it. When I turn on the Pistons I want to see Chauncey Billups. It's just not the same.

oops ~ I don't watch basketball ~ where did Chauncey Billups go? Was he a good player?

I was the same way when the Oakland Raiders became the LA Raiders. I quit watching football for um..what??? 30 years? Then they moved back to Oakland and I started watching them again LOL. What a retard I am.

It could be worse. They could have traded for Kobe.

I never thought about that. You're right...thank you. Or LeBron--can't stand him he's whiney. I think the Pistons have this thing about working as a team and not trying to outshine each other. Wish they would have traded Rasheed. So, technically, I guess I'm the whiner. Thanks for putting up with me.

You stand on principle. That's a good thing--although I have a feeling we both are willing to take that too far sometimes! :)

He played for Detroit but now he's in Denver. Didn't have a great season last year (my opinion) but he's a good solid player and a nice guy. Nice to hear from you.

living right next door to him (okay, about an hour away LOL) he is NOT well thought of around here. He is arrogant, obnoxious and really let all of this go to his head. He may be a really good player, but has no morals, values or class and is considered an asshole LOL.

You have a right to whine. AI doesn't fit into the team first ethos the Pistons have adopted in recent years. And his shooting percentage sucks. Watch the Red Wings instead!

Let me get this straight my dearest Kurt...LeBron is King and Barrack is the Messiah. Stop the train...I'm getting off. What a world. What a world. And no I won't live with it. :) Nice to hear from you.

I'm with you. And as I said...add WHINEY to the list. I'd rather lose than have to look at that pout every time he gets a foul.

I'm going to give him a chance--but I think you're right about the fitting in. Hockey is a thought--blood and gore are always a nice diversion. :)

Several points in your comment we will just have to disagree on. Par for the course. As far as LeBron, I really don't care what people do off the court either--I agree he is extremely talented and nobody should ever be stuck in Cleveland. Still, while I admire his talent, he bothers me immensely. It is the one subject in which my brother and I cannot have a conversation.
